Career Highlights: A 15-year NFL veteran and Pro Bowl quarterback, Trent Green is currently an analyst on NFL on Fox, as well as a studio analyst for the NFL Total Access show on the NFL Network…Green spent his last NFL season in 2008 with the St. Louis Rams where he had won a Super Bowl ring in 2000 during his first stint with the team...Green’s NFL career includes playing with San Diego (1993), Washington (1995-98), St. Louis (1999-2000, 2008), Kansas City (2001-06), and Miami (2007)…The leader of the prolific Kansas City offense for six seasons, Green entered the 2006 season with a streak of 80 consecutive starts (the longest streak in Kansas City history), but suffered his first severe concussion in the first game of the season that hindered him throughout the year…He still managed to play in eight games and helped the Chiefs make the playoffs…Green threw for 4,014 yards and 17 touchdowns in 2005 while helping Kansas City to a 10-6 record...He is one of only six quarterbacks in NFL history to pass for more than 4,000 yards in eleven or more seasons during their career...Named to the Pro Bowl in 2004 and 2006, Green has established 15 franchise passing marks…Under his direction in 2002 and 2003, Kansas City led the NFL in scoring both of those season…Green’s individual numbers in 2004 reflected the team’s offensive prowess as he set single-season franchise records for completions (369), passing yards (4,591), 300-yard games (8) and passes of 20+ yards (59)…He also set personal bests with 27 touchdown passes and a 66.37 completion percentage…Green was a member of the 2000 St. Louis team which beat the Tennessee Titans 23-16 in Super Bowl XXXIV…Green began his career in San Diego in 1993…He had a brief, two-week stint on the roster of the Canadian Football League’s British Columbia before catching on with the Washington Redskins (1995-98)…Green moved on to the St. Louis Rams in 1999 and suffered a devastating knee injury in the preseason where he missed the entire 1999 season and spent two years overcoming lingering effects of injuries while with the Rams.…He was traded to the Chiefs in February 2001 and has been an incredible comeback story ever since…Over his NFL career, he played in 120 regular season games and completed 2,266 of 3,740 passes for 28,475 yards with 162 touchdowns and 114 interceptions…He finished his collegiate career at Indiana near the top of virtually every major passing category, completing 421 of 755 passes for 5,400 yards with 23 touchdowns and 32 interceptions.
