Career Highlights: One of the most prolific scorers to ever play junior hockey in Canada, Pierre Larouche was named the Sports Illustrated NHL Rookie of the Year during the 1974-75 season…A first-round draft pick of the Pittsburgh Penguins, Larouche became the youngest player to score 50 goals and 100 points in a season (1975-76) – a record later broken by Wayne Gretzky…Larouche was the leading scorer for Team Canada in the 1977 World Hockey Championships…He won two Stanley Cup Championships with the Montreal Canadiens in 1978 and 1979…Larouche was the first player to score 50 goals in a season with two different teams: he scored 53 with Pittsburgh in 1975-76 and 50 with Montreal in 1979-80…Larouche was a three-time NHL All-Star who recorded 20 or more goals in 10 different seasons…Larouche currently serves as a corporate sales liaison for the Pittsburgh Penguins… He has been one of celebrity golf’s most successful players with numerous top-10 finishes including eight at Lake Tahoe …Larouche won the 2001 and 2002 Dodge Shootout and the 2001 John Elway Celebrity Classic.
